Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy


1. Cancellation
  • Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or customer support with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Any payment already made for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within [number of days: e.g. 7-10] business days, subject to the payment processor’s policies.
    

2. Returns (Not Applicable)

  • We do not accept returns. Once products are delivered and accepted by the customer, the sale is final.
  • Please ensure you review your order carefully before finalizing it.
  • If the packaging is damaged at delivery, you may refuse to accept the shipment, but that does not constitute a return of a delivered and used product.    
 
3. Replacement
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement.
  • To request replacement, you must notify us on the day of delivery.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • If replacement is not possible (e.g. item out of stock), we will offer an equivalent alternative or issue a refund/credit, at our discretion.
  • Please provide:

    • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect (or the incorrect item)

    • A description of the issue
