1. Delivery Schedule (Delhi, Gurugram & Noida)

• Deliveries in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida take place every Wednesday and Saturday.
• Orders must be placed at least one day prior to the scheduled delivery day.
• No orders will be accepted on the delivery day itself.

• Customers will be notified via email/SMS once their order is out for delivery.
  

2. Pan-India Shipping

• We deliver across India except for items classified as perishable goods that may get damaged or spoiled during transit.
• Non-perishable items are shipped through our trusted courier partners and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• Pan-India: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• Delhi, Gurugram & Noida: Free with minimum order amount of 1000, else Rs 100 extra for delivery 

4. Exceptions & Delays

• Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, courier partner delays, or government restrictions.
• We will make every effort to keep you updated in such cases.

5. Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM.
• Any order received after cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
